Young entrepreneurs need mentors

Reggie Nelson, who graduated from Kingston University in 2017 after door-knocking in London for career advice, has sound advice for young entrepreneurs.

"I you can anything you wanna do. Just keep your head down, have good people around you and if you can find someone who is a mentor or accountability partner."

"Mentoring and providing that visibility for the younger generation, makes a world of difference."

I always say you don't know what you don't know. This is why mentorship is so important for all new entrepreneurs, and especially, young entrepreneurs, who may lack business experience.

If you are in position to reach out and support a new business owner, DO IT. Become a partner, give advice, provide support. As Mr. Nelson said, it makes a world of difference.
